TAMPA — The city of Tampa wants a better deal from its red-light camera provider, including a bigger share of driver fines. City attorneys began negotiations with American Traffic Solutions in March to negotiate a new deal. Talks are set to continue in the next few weeks. Tampa, with about 57 cameras at 22 intersections, is one of the Arizona company’s biggest Florida clients.
